Med-Cannabis Pharma is in the business of operating retail stores whose principal products involved medically prescribed marijuana. The Company has multiple stores in Oregon and sells a wide variety of infused oils, edible, and smokable bud products. The Company intends to continue expansion in Oregon, both through the opening of new stores and the acquisition of existing dispensaries. The Company is seeking the site for an Oregon growing facility which it hopes will provide a hi-quality, competitively priced product as well as provide proprietary branding opportunities. While the Company
completely believe in it's Oregon/Medical strategy it is currently studying expansion opportunities both in the recreational marijuana space and in states other than Oregon.
